ScreenBeam 1000 EDU Gen 2

The ScreenBeam 1000 EDU Gen 2 is our next-generation smart wireless presentation platform designed for modern classrooms. It offers more than wireless display – empowering teachers to move freely, engage students, and get the most out of their technology investments.

More than just screen sharing

The ScreenBeam 1000 EDU Gen 2 delivers the essential tools teachers need to move freely, engage students, and make the most of their classroom technology.

Essential Tools (included with no additional fees)
Orchestrate Lite
Part of ScreenBeam’s Essential Tools, Orchestrate Lite offers simple, moderated screen casting to help educators engage students in 1:1 environments. It includes teacher and student screen sharing, screen preview functionality, and supports both Chromebooks and Windows devices—no subscription required.
Integrated Whiteboard Tool
Delivers a seamless, collaborative experience that launches directly from your interactive flat panel—no source switching, button pushing, or reconnecting required. Transforms basic interactive displays into feature-rich smart displays with a fully functional whiteboard, multi-touch support, and common pen and shape tools.
Name Picker & Timer Tools
Help teachers boost engagement with fun, animated features like a spinner wheel, timer, and stopwatch. Included with every ScreenBeam 1000 EDU Gen 2 at no extra cost—no need for expensive smart displays.
Freeze Screen Tools
Allow users to freeze the display while continuing to work freely on their device. Built-in annotation tools enable inking, highlighting, and dragging shapes over frozen content—all within the same toolbar as other IFP tools.
Signage
Every ScreenBeam 1000 series receiver doubles as a digital signage player when not in use. It supports HTML5 content, works with free tools like Google Slides, and integrates with third-party platforms including Carousel, NowSignage, and Rise Vision. Runs in full-screen or framed mode—automatically starting and stopping with screen sharing, no user action needed.
Management
Every ScreenBeam 1000 series receiver includes access to Central Management System (CMS) for campus- or district-wide deployment and control. IT teams can manage updates, configure settings, schedule actions, and more—all with a flexible, scalable architecture and role-based access. No subscription fee.

Hillsborough County Public Schools

Scott G. – General Manager, IT

“We are continually impressed by the power of ScreenBeam in delivering an unparalleled user experience in our classrooms. ScreenBeam provides the flexibility and freedom to better enhance a personalized learning environment where every learner can thrive.”

Rochester City School District

Rochester, New York

“It had become a constant battle with the consumer-grade dongles. This experience ruined the vision of the teachers to be dynamic within the classroom, which is why we turned to ScreenBeam wireless display.”

Flint Cultural Center Academy

Flint, Michigan

“ScreenBeam gave us the ability to move away from the traditional ‘chalk and talk’ teaching model where teachers are positioned at the front of the room. Our teachers can now fluidly inhabit their entire classroom space—while interacting with the content being displayed. They can now project either teacher or student work from the tablet anywhere in the room to collaborate on a math problem or convey an idea for example, while also providing individualized attention to a student in need.”
