Megan Lipinczyk

Since 2007, Megan Lipinczyk has been teaching in Hillsborough County Public Schools. Her classroom is a 1:1 digital environment embedded with 21st century skills. She believes in using technology in the classroom to enhance instruction, not replace it. Megan is passionate about empowering her students to take control of their own learning.

She is a Microsoft Certified Educator, an MIE Expert, a Skype Master Teacher, a Surface Master Trainer, and was voted as 2015-2016 Teacher of the Year at Turner/Bartels K-8, a Microsoft Showcase School. She is featured on Microsoft Education’s MIE Spotlight Blog discussing student empowerment and collaboration through OneNote. Megan is also featured on Skype in the Classroom’s Blog explaining how she engages 21st-century learners with Skype in the Classroom. Her students are featured on their class YouTube channel, Lipinczyk’s Leaders, teaching OneNote tips and tricks.

Megan conducts numerous technology trainings to educators nationwide every year in addition to being a full-time classroom teacher. Using her ScreenBeam ScreenBeam, Megan can be untethered and continue her teaching or training anywhere around the room.

She holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Kentucky and M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from National Louis University.
