Jessie Boyce

Jessie teaches sixth grade mathematics in a 1-to-1 magnet program at a Tyrone Middle School in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Grove City College in 2008 and a master’s degree in instructional leadership from Robert Morris University in 2013. In 2018, Jessie received the Outstanding Educator of the Year award in Pinellas County.

Jessie is passionate about not only teaching, but also learning and trying to better herself and her students in the process. In addition to being a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, she is also an ambassador for several education technology companies including Kahoot and Flipgrid.

ScreenBeam enhances the dynamics in Jessie’s classroom. She loves being able to give students her undivided attention because she doesn’t have to be tethered to the front of the classroom anymore. ScreenBeam gives her the ability to authentically gauge her student’s understanding of concepts. She loves to share the power of ScreenBeam with as many educators as she can.
