Firmware

There are a different number of hardware versions released for this product 2A, 2B, 2C, and 4A.

Please only use the firmware upgrades posted above for hardware version 4a. All other hardware versions of this device are considered End of Life (EOL). Support information for those devices can be found here.

To determine the hardware version of your device please look at the FCC sticker on the back of the device and look near the bar codes for the letters “H/W:” Please see the image below to know where to look.
