2020 was a year of changes that stemmed from adopting a pandemic-centric life and work style. Now that we are well into 2021, we’re seeing new changes in the way we work. On June 15th, ScreenBeam implemented a hybrid work model, allowing employees to enjoy the flexibility that working from home offers while empowering collaboration and comradery in the office.

Despite the challenges of remote work, we all learned, grew, and adapted. Working from home allowed us to enjoy more work-life balance than ever but lacked the social experience we all craved. With the hybrid working model, we can enjoy each other’s company and work collaboratively while also reaping the benefits of working from home.
